All services are subject to availability and a confirmed estimate.

2. Service Area
We proudly serve Stephens City, VA, and nearby communities. Travel fees may apply for jobs outside of our normal service radius.

3. Scheduling & Payment

  • Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or in person
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and Zelle

4. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are free and based on the scope of work discussed. Final pricing may vary if the scope or property conditions change unexpectedly.

5. Cancellations
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No shows or late cancellations may result in a fee.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear access to the property and areas to be serviced
  • Secure pets and valuables
  • Notify us of any hazards or restrictions before service begins

7. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution:

  • We are not responsible for pre existing property damage
  • We are not liable for issues caused by hidden underground hazards or structures
  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by weather or natural events (Acts of God)

8. Use of Website
By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or use it for unlawful purposes. All content is the property of Showalter’s Property Maintenance and may not be copied without permission.
